Born Out of Frustration With Fake Reviews

It started in 2024 when our founder — a Londoner with sensitive skin and a gym habit — realised that every "best deodorant" list online was just an affiliate cash grab. The same products, recycled copy, zero real testing.

So we built something different. BestDeodorants.co.uk is a UK-first review platform where every product is bought with our own money, tested for at least 48 hours across real-life conditions — gym, office, outdoors — and scored honestly across six criteria.

We wear every deodorant for at least 48 hours across a mix of conditions — gym sessions, office days, and outdoor activity. Some products are tested for up to 7 days.

Score Each Criterion Independently

Each of the 6 scoring criteria is evaluated separately and scored out of 10. The weighted average produces the final overall score shown in every review.

Write the Honest Verdict

We write what we genuinely found — good and bad. If a heavily marketed product underperforms, we say so clearly. Our readers' trust matters more than brand relationships.
